Toshiba NB555 series Netbook
Up for auction is a new Toshiba NB555D netbook that I have upgraded the RAM to 4 GB and put a 160 GB Intel X25-M into (second generation).  Terrific sound quality due to the Harman/Kardon speakers.  Below are some specifications for this machine:

Toshiba has always had great success with its quality Netbook, NB200 and NB305 particular. Unfortunately, the company misses a shot this time, not because of its design, but the AMD C-30, not good enough.

Design
New Netbook from Toshiba abandons its metallic finish this time for a new finish dotted seems almost to be rubbery. Toshiba NB555D-018 is one of the few notebooks with AMD Ontario, the single-core C-30 chip has arrived. Toshiba comes NB555D-018 with a small 10.1-inch screen, but has pretty much everything you need to work your office while you are mobile.

Toshiba comes NB555D-018 with a GB of RAM and 250 GB hard drive. Obviously, the normal output of the operating system is Windows 7 will not fit into this much memory. The Toshiba NB555D-018 is equipped with the Windows 7 Starter Edition, the smaller footprint has already pre-installed. This may be small and cheap (best buy has it for $ 329 at the time of writing)
